This blog was initially started to support and promote iQsim’s technology as part of my own initiative, as an iQsim co-founder and owner.

I’m no longer part of iQsim, and the technology of the company has been acquired through a legal process by a french company SPARK TECHNOLOGY France owned by a US company SPARK US owned by individuals. The sames individuals also own TELTIK (https://www.teltik.com). Until we discovered the true nature of the buyers.

We did not know that David Goodman, Director of TELTIK, the one behind everything, was in fact David Aryeh Goodman, and that he had a criminal record.

Should we have been aware of those facts, then this operation would have never happened the way it did.

We have been cheated. When I say ‘we’, I meant anyone who took part in this decision process, one way or another, and unaware of the facts regarding TELTIK, SPARK TECHNOLOGY and his manager.

While I was supposed to accompany the buyers to transfer my knowledge, some of my experience. While I was actively supporting them in managing the assets of the company, taking over customers, managing the R&D, suggesting strategies, etc …

I discovered behaviors and facts which I cannot support during the course of a regular work relationship. Yes, I, we should have been more careful and cautious. But this is the way is it, often, you are somewhat blinded by other things. This is the way magic works.

Anyway, this is why they fired me as of April 27th, 2023 based on imaginary facts and lies about things I supposedly did. As the managers are all living in the US, outside of direct reach from the french laws and jurisdiction, they feel secured and they only care about taking over iQsim technology, sooner or later.

Since then, I’ll keep supporting this blog subject in talking about SIM and Wireless technology in general, as well as giving opinion and relating stories (only based on proven and documented facts) about the story of iQsim and others players in this business space, technologies and maybe things which happened in the past and some which should happen in the future !

iQsim, as it was, is now closed, but its story can still be told and explained. Which I will do and document in this blog and pages now and then.
